We pay our attention to every production detail starting from raw material to final process.

Our raw material is supplied by Nippon Steel, one of the most reliable cold roll manufacturers in the world and our screws are supplied by one of the leading hose clip screw manufacturers who also supply to leading hose clip manufacturers in Europe. We strictly maintain our production to comply with British Standard BS5315:1991 and our routine quality control includes the following aspects:

Torque Test: Our quality control teams inspect each process of our production to ensure that our products have low free torque, meanwhile, maintain high destructive torque. We control the maximum destructive torque value for each size of hose clip to be according to the standard.

Pressure Test: We inspect appearance of our hose clips every production lot to ensure that they are in circular shape which can be sealed tightly to the hose. Furthermore, we perform pressure test regularly to ensure that our product can seal tightly under high pressure.

Corrosion Resistance: We test our plating in a salt spray test chamber as per JIS Z2371 to ensure that our product can withstand corrosion according to our customer's requirement.
